All Sweets

All Red Meats and animal products

All Deep Fried Foods

All Caffeinated Beverages

Foods Allowed:

Fruits - fresh, dried, frozen, canned (no sugar added) or juiced 

Vegetables - fresh, frozen, canned or juiced

Whole grains- Barley, brown rice, grits, whole wheat, quinoa, millet, oats, whole wheat tortillas, whole wheat pasta, popcorn, and rice cakes

Nuts and seeds

Legumes - Dried or canned

Quality Oils - sesame, peanut oils, canola, olive and grapeseed

 

Beverages:

Water

Spending Alone Time with God

1.  Set a time and stick with it

2.  Find a quiet space and time

3.  Set the atmosphere

4.  Get quiet

5.  Talk to God

6.  Read bibles

7.  Then, Be quiet and Listen

Limit computer and television usage and Limit Social Media usage unless posting scripture and/or edifying messages.
